RX-75 Thermal Press and Hole Punch
The RX-75 is a general purpose and customizable Thermal Press which can be used to melt
holes, punch slots, burning leather, cut webbing, or be fitted with most any thermal tooling
suitable for a vertical press.
The RX-75 is designed for tabletop operation and rests on rubber feet to prevent it from sliding
during use. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses up to 600W of power. |

RX-80HA Combination Hot Knife and Hole Punch
The RX-80HA is a general purpose combination hot knife and single hole punch that will cut
and seal woven and knitted synthetic materials to prevent fraying. It can be fitted with
interchangeable heated punch tips for burning holes from 1/8” up to 1/2” diameter.
The RX-80HA is designed for tabletop operation and rests on rubber feet to prevent it from
sliding during use. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses 300W of power. |

RX-80 Standard Hot Knife

The RX-80SSA is a general purpose, heavy-duty hot knife and is equipped with an 5” (128mm) stainless steel, one-piece knife. It can be used for most hot knife applications and can cut synthetic materials up to approximately 3/4” (20mm) thick.
The RX-80SSA is designed for tabletop operation and rests on four rubber feet to prevent it from sliding during use. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses 300W of power. |

RX-80SSB Standard Hot Knife
The RX-80SSB is a general purpose hot knife and is equipped with a low-profile 5” (128mm) one-piece stainless steel knife. It is designed to cut thin synthetic materials such ribbon, hook and loop, thin webbings and cord up to approximately 1/8” (3mm) thick.
The RX-80SSB is designed for tabletop operation and rests on rubber feet to prevent it from sliding during use. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses 190W of power.
For cutting thicker materials, we recommend using the model RX-80 (standard version) or the RX-80SS (heavy duty stainless steel). |

RX-80RSS Radius Hot Knife
The RX-80RSS is a special-Description hot knife equipped with a radius-shaped knife for cutting rounded ends in webbings and other narrow fabrics. Custom shapes may also be cut, such as pointed, beveled, or bullet-nose, for example. Knives are precision milled from stainless steel and are easily interchangeable.
The RX-80RSS is designed for tabletop operation and rests on rubber feet to prevent it from sliding during use. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses up to 500W of power, depending on the size of the knife and heater. |

The RX-80W is a general purpose hot knife and is equipped with a 8” (200mm) brass or stainless, one-piece knife. It can be used for most hot knife applications and can cut materials up to approximately 3/4” (20mm) thick.
The RX-80W and RX-80WSSA is designed for tabletop operation and must be fastened directly to the work surface. It is fitted with a grounded 5 ft. 110V power cord and uses 600W of power. |

RX-80L Long Arm Hot Knife
The RX-80L is our general purpose hot knife and is equipped with a 5” (128mm) brass, one-piece knife as standard. It can be used for most hot knife applications and can cut materials up to approximately 3/4” (20mm) thick. It can also be fitted with radius or shaped knives and/or a hole punching equipment.

RX-80XW Wide Hot Knife
The RX-80XW is a general purpose hot knife and is equipped with two 5” (128mm) brass knives mounted end-to-end to cut materials up to 10” wide. It can be used for most hot knife applications and can cut materials up to approximately 3/4” (20mm) thick.

RX-80H Hole Punch
The RX-80H is a general purpose hole puncher for producing heat-sealed holes in virtually any synthetic material. The standard configuration is for one hole, though multiples can be made to order. Interchangeable punch collets are simple to install for changing from one hole size to another. English size punches are available from 3/32” to 3/8” in 1/32 increments; other sizes and custom punches can also be supplied.
